OXYGEN / OXIDATIVE MEDICINE
Oxygen therapies are medical treatments that are used to increase the oxygen concentration
in the body. Oxidative therapies are medical treatments that effect electron
concentration in the body. Electrons and protons are charged particles that
are involved in all aspects of human function and metabolism.
Both modalities directly or indirectly affect the amount of available oxygen the
cells and tissue have for their metabolic needs. A good example of an oxygenation
therapy is breathing Ionized Oxygen or Singlet Oxygen Therapy. A good example
of an oxidative therapy is the medical use of Ozone, Intravenous Hydrogen Peroxide,
and Photo-Oxidation. The body uses oxygen not only to produce energy and feed
our cells but also to oxidize various bacteria, viruses, fungi, toxins, malignant
cells, and other harmful substances.
These treatments are effective for a variety of health conditions such as infections,
allergies, chronic fatigue, circulation disorders, autoimmune disease, cancer,
chronic pain and most digestive illnesses.
